How does the return process work?

Please return the vehicle at the agreed time and location with a full fuel tank, emptied waste water, and clean interior. Exterior washing is not required. A short inspection will be done upon return.

When will my security deposit be released?

Your credit card hold (security deposit) is released up to 30 business days after the vehicle is inspected and no new damages are found.

What if I return the camper late or to the wrong location?

Late returns may incur an additional day’s rental charge. Returning to a non-agreed location may result in a repositioning fee. Please call us if you experience delays — we’re flexible when notified in advance.

What if I left something in the camper after drop-off?

We’ll do our best to recover lost items and can arrange shipping at your expense. Contact our customer service team as soon as possible.

How do I make a claim or follow up about my rental?

If you have a billing question, a damage claim, or another concern, email our support team at info@rciceland.is within 7 days of your return. Include your booking number and any photos or documents. We aim to resolve all inquiries promptly.
